JEN FLETCHER

Jen Fletcher is an all-round creative campaign and communications leader. She started her career as a Journalist, getting published in her local newspaper the Courier Mail, before turning to the world of creative advertising where she worked as a Copywriter and Creative Director in ad agencies. She’s now expanded her creative and communications scope gaining more skills and experience as a Communications and Campaigns Professional in NFP and Government areas. She also is a keen Screenwriter, Script and Story Development Editor and Author. She's won a swag of awards for her creative content, screenwriting, TVC and video work. She was more recently accepted into the prestigious Faber Writing Academy where she wrote her first novel attracting the attention of leading London Agents.

She’s formerly the Creative Communications Manager for Australian Red Cross and the former Head of Creative for a small production and animation company.

She’s passionate about the positive role story and creative work can play in the world. This also fuels her mission to deliver stories about strong girls and women.
